Well, the Chicago hockey season came to a close at 16:50-something of the second overtime. It's a bummer but they were outplayed the whole series and still made a series of it. As the Admirals player skated in on the winning goal the entire stadium became quiet; he tucked the puck in and you could hear the entire bench erupt with a resounding "YEAH!!!". It actually sounded pretty cool.
At least I got to see a decent game. I was supposed to play music tonight but the place I was supposed to play had two booking agents so as a result, they overbooked the evening.
Time to call it an evening....
